This role is ideal for a teacher or leader with proven impact, ready to shape curriculum, behaviour culture, and outcomes in a school where strong leadership makes a real difference.

About the Role:

  • Lead the strategic direction of the English faculty
  • Drive excellence in teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4
  • Support and develop a team of teachers, including line management and CPD
  • Ensure high standards of behaviour, engagement, and academic achievement
  • Take a key role in intervention strategies, assessment planning, and curriculum development
  • Collaborate with senior leaders on school improvement priorities

The Right Candidate Will:

  • Have QTS and successful experience teaching English across KS3/KS4
