Our client, a franchised truck and van dealership, is seeking an Aftersales Manager in the Nottingham area.
The position offers a basic salary of £70,000 with an OTE of £85,000.
Candidates should have proven Aftersales leadership experience, ideally in a commercial setting, along with workshop and parts management experience.

Basic Salary £70,000
OTE £85,000
Proven Aftersales leadership experience, ideally within a commercial setting.
Experience dealing with manufacturers
Knowledge of the commercial industry.
Workshop and Parts management experience.
The ability to motivate the department.

Requirements:

An experienced Aftersales Manager with experience in a franchised dealer
A solid communicator with a focus on Customer Service
Strong Technical knowledge
An Aftersales Manager who leads from the front & is able to motivate their team to success

Responsibilities:

Leading the entire Aftersales Team – overseeing the Parts, Service and Workshop teams
Recruitment and Training with the Service, Parts and Workshop teams
Ensuring targets set are met and exceeded
Maximising profitability of the Aftersales Department.
