We're looking for compassionate and committed individuals to join our residential care team as Children'sSupport Workers. You'll play a vital role in supporting children and young people within a safe, structured, and nurturing environment-helping them overcome adversity and build brighter futures.

Your Impactful Role Includes:

  • Being a trusted, steady advocate for the young people in your care.

  • Supporting young people through everyday challenges and encouraging positive outcomes.

  • Engaging with children who may display complex or challenging behaviours with empathy and professionalism.

  • Implementing care plans and behaviour strategies with consistency and compassion.

  • Safeguarding children's welfare at all times and ensuring their voices are heard.

  • Working collaboratively with families and professionals to support each young person's journey.

What We're Looking For:

  • You're either qualified (or willing to train) to Level 3 in Children & Young People, Health & Social Care, or equivalent.

  • You bring emotional resilience, patience, and a deep respect for every young person's experience.

  • You communicate clearly and respectfully-with children, colleagues, and professionals alike.

  • You're reliable, flexible, and understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality and safety.
