  • Supporting with personal care, medication prompts, and light meal preparation
  • Providing end-of-life care with dignity and compassion
  • Assessing client needs and creating tailored care plans
  • Working closely with health and social care professionals

? What We’re Looking For

  • NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care
  • Experience in delivering personal care and medication prompts
  • Strong communication skills with a professional, empathetic approach
  • IT literacy and good local area knowledge
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Flexibility to work varied hours
