Site Mananger - Nottingham - Restaurant Fit Out - 16 week programme
Are you a site manager with experience of managing fast-track restaurant fit-out projects on behalf of chains or independent operators?
We are recruiting for a site manager, from a joinery background, to oversee the fit-out of a new restaurant in Nottingham town centre, with the strip-out starting next week.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the health and safety of site operatives
- Coordinating site labourers and sub-contractors
- Reporting to the on-site project manager
- Holding site meetings
- Ordering materials
Experience & Requirements
- SMSTS,CSCS , First Aid
- Can Demonstrate a track record of delivering restaurant fit out projects
- Joinery background
- From a main contractor or joinery subcontracting background
- prepared to be flexible with shifts and working hours
- Local to Nottingham
- Can provide references
