About the Role:As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and managing classes in the absence of the regular teacher. Your key duties will include ensuring students remain engaged in the lesson, managing classroom behaviour, and supporting students' learning in a structured environment. This role is perfect for those looking to gain experience in the education sector or aspiring to move into a teaching career.

You will be working across a range of subjects and age groups, ensuring that lessons run smoothly and that students stay on track with their learning. This position requires an individual who is confident, adaptable, and has excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the class teacher.

  • Ensure students are focused and engaged in pre-prepared lesson material.
