We're seeking a dedicated Case Handler to join our clients reputable team. In this engaging role, you'll be the key contact for clients and stakeholders, managing cases with precision and care to ensure optimal outcomes.

What does the role involve:

  • Responding to customer complaints via telephone, email, and social media platforms
  • Identifying cause of complaint and managing employer relationships
  • Resolving all complaints within agreed time scales and company standards
  • Managing escalated complaints through to resolution
  • Updating and maintaining associated administration records
  • Keeping customers informed through to resolution
  • Working with internal contacts to ensure compliance
  • Assisting with the training of new starters

Who are we looking for?:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with case management systems or CRM tools
  • Demonstrate the ability to be adaptable when dealing with multiple complaints
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Experience within a customer service or complaint handling is desirable
  • Good attention to detail
