Supply Chain Manager

Bennett & Game are excited to represent a growing architectural aluminium glazing specialist based in Nottingham, with over 40 staff and a recent turnover of over £14 million. The firm delivers high-spec aluminium curtain walling, window and door systems across the UK, and operates one of the most advanced aluminium manufacturing facilities in the country.

This role offers a real chance to shape and optimise a robust supply chain function, ensuring that materials, fabrication, and logistics are aligned to project schedules and quality expectations. You will play a strategic part in maintaining strong supplier relationships and supporting a growing national delivery programme.

• Salary: £45k - £65k (DOE)

• Manage relationships with suppliers of aluminium systems and glazing materials
• Forecast and plan material requirements to support project delivery
• Drive procurement negotiations and logistics scheduling
• Coordinate deliveries in line with fabrication and site timelines
• Work closely with operations and project delivery teams to ensure smooth delivery

• Experience in procurement, supply chain or logistics within aluminium or façade manufacturing
• Familiarity with curtain walling, glazing or building envelope materials
• Strong negotiation, planning and stakeholder management skills
