Due to increased business levels, our clients, a well-established Surveying practice, is looking to recruit a Residential Surveyor in the Newcastle area to join their team.

Our client is offering a successful Residential Surveyor:
- £45,000 - £55,000 Basic - dependent on experience
- £60,000 - £75,000 OTE
- Bonuses
- Car allowance
- Fixed geographical area to work in

Working Hours:
- Full time
- Remote / work-from-home basis
As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
- Carrying out Residential Valuation Reports and Private home surveys – Level 1 and 2 Surveys
- Produce accurate property reports using market-leading iPad technology
- Meeting personal income targets to maximise productivity and profit
- Attend Regional meetings
Requirements for Residential Surveyor role:
- Experience as a practising Surveyor
- RICS Membership
- VRS registered
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Technical expertise in Surveying
- Ability to work in fast paced organisation
