Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Surveyor to join our team on a temporary basis for 3-6 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys, inspections, and assessments of residential properties within the Nottingham and Derby areas. This role is crucial in ensuring the maintenance and improvement of housing standards for our tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed surveys and inspections of residential properties.
  • Identify and report on structural defects, maintenance issues, and necessary repairs.
  • Prepare detailed reports and recommendations based on survey findings.
