If you're the kind of person that loves providing quality customer service whilst representing a luxury brand - we have the role for you. We are looking for a smart and well-presented front of house professional.
Duties include:
- Meeting and greeting clients, providing a warm and professional welcome
- Providing refreshments and associated hospitality services
- Keeping the reception area clean, tidy, and well-stocked
- Ensuring guests are updated and looked after
- Answering telephones and resolving enquiries
- Associated administration duties
Skills/Experience Required
- Previous experience working within either hospitality, beauty, luxury brand, or customer service
- Well-presented, smart appearance
- Confident communication skills with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels
- Able to stay calm in high pressure situations
