Primary objective of this position:
- Picking for production lines
- Stock rotation
- Manual lifting
- Loading and unloading inbound and outbound trailers.
- Moving pallets and product to the correct locations.
- Use FR gun (training will be provided)
- Wrapping, labelling and securing pallets to ensure stability and safety during transport
- Complete all paperwork whilst maintaining Health and safety standards.
- Acting in line with company and quality assurance standards.
- Carry out cycle counts on a daily basis
Main Responsibilities
- Reporting to Organisational Supervisors/Managers
- Controlling a workstation whilst maintaining health and safety standards
- Setting and operating machinery in line with Standard operating procedures
- The use of pallet trucks,Bendi, FLT and powered pallet trucks
- Picking and wrapping pallets with Finished goods
- Moving materials within the facility as and when required
- Accurately completing all relevant paperwork
- Use RF gun
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping
- Reporting near misses and unsafe activities/incidents
- Carry out all other required duties within the organisation
- Ensure health & safety standards are maintained
Main Objectives:
- Ensuring all warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and safely.
- Ensuring all required warehouse duties are performed accurately in accordance with Safe operating instruction and risk assessments.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping.
KPI's:
- Maintain Health and safety standards
- Meet housekeeping expectations - 100% expected standards complete
- Maintain quality standards
