Job Role: Vehicle Mechanic
Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire
Salary: £30,000-£40,000 per annum
Hours: 8:00-17:30 Monday-Friday + 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:00-13:00
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
The Package:

Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, service, and repair on a variety of class 4 & 7 motor vehicles
- Conduct clutch changes, gearbox replacements, wheel alignment, engine fault finding, and general motor repairs
- Collaborate with fellow mechanics and site members to ensure clear communication of repair time frames and accurate customer quotes
- Attend company training and development sessions as needed
- Work independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a vehicle mechanic working on class 4/7 vehicles
- Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Motor Vehicle Repair & Maintenance) are advantageous but not essential
- Team player with a willingness to grow and develop
- Ability to carry out vehicle diagnostics
