We have an exciting temporary position for a Facilities Management Assistant/Receptionist to join a well-known big brand based near Nuneaton. This is fully in office, 5 days a week for a period of 5 weeks initially and is looking for someone to start immediately.
The role includes:
- Carrying out meeting and greetings in reception and answering calls
- Receiving, sending and distributing, internal and external mail and parcels
- Coordinating and tracking attendance of contractors and third parties
- Supporting colleagues in maintaining a clean and efficient systems
- Supporting internal projects management functions and facilities team
- Management of issuing access cards, and visitor management systems
- Requesting and managing purchase orders and invoice
- Undertaking any ad hoc tasks
Previous experience in facilities or FOH, or front facing would be ideal for this role.
