What Youll Bring:
- Experience in a fresh food kitchen (gastro pub or restaurant level)
- Passion for quality, consistency, and plating with pride
- A calm head and a team player attitude especially during service
- Drive to learn, grow, and contribute to a buzzing, supportive kitchen
- Full-time, permanent
- Evenings and weekends required (rota-based)
- Immediate start available, or were happy to wait for the right person
