HCR is assisting a well-known care provider dedicated to providing exceptional homely care to our loved ones with 11 + nursing homes across the country, with plans to expand in 2025! We are recruiting for a Clinical Lead (RGN/RMN/RNLD) trained with an active NMC pin, and previous management experience within a nursing home setting is essential.

Clinical Lead Duties:

  • Assist with the monthly medication order.
  • Support and deputise for the Home Manager as needed.
  • Lead, influence, and promote a positive and safe care environment.
  • Conduct clinical audits to ensure high standards of care.
  • Oversee staff appraisals, supervisions, and disciplinary processes.
  • Identify, report, and act on safeguarding concerns.
  • Manage and action any necessary investigations.
  • Provide hands-on support to nurses, offering guidance and development opportunities.
