Are you a CNC Miller Offline Programmer looking for a days-based role, Monday to Friday, with the option for overtime to boost earnings?

This company is a long-established, family-run precision engineering company based in Nuneaton. Founded over 30 years ago, they specialise in CNC, producing prototypes, one-off components, and small to medium batch work for a wide range of industries across the UK. The company is a stable and expanding family-run business and this is the reason for the new vacancy.

In this autonomous role you will be Operating and Setting a CNC Milling machine and doing Offline CAD/CAM Programming, working on all kinds of metals. You will be manufacturing bespoke products for a variety of industries, resulting in a stimulating ever-changing workload. Training on programming will be given for the right candidate.

This role would suit a CNC Miller Operator/ Setter/Offline Programmer who has enough experience that allows them to work with little supervision. The wanted candidate should be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and work to a tight tolerance. This is a low volume manufacturing role. Training is available on programming.
