Job Title: CNC Miller Programmer Setter Operator
Location: Nuneaton
Shift: 0600-1430 Monday to Friday and 1415- 2245 Monday to Friday Rotating Shifts
Salary: Up to £43,312 per annum inclusive of shift allowance
Benefits: Free Car Park, Pension
Company Overview: A leading composite business working across multiple sectors,manufacturing moulds and component parts in composite materials.
The CNC Miller Programmer setter role:
The primary function is machining of tooling for composite component manufacture. Working with aluminium steel and other metals for a range of components.
Responsibilities:
- CNC milling programming setting and operating
- Reading and working from engineering drawings.
- Working to tight tolerance and using quality measuring tools to check work.
- Working independently whilst maintain standards and project requirements.
- Responsible for cleaning and maintaining CNC machine and all associated equipment and machining area.
- Reporting into CNC Team Leader
Previous Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar CNC Milling role to programming level.
- Experience working with Mazak or Heidenhain or Siemens.
- Experience in high precision manufacturing environment.
- Able to use a wide variety of measuring equipment such as verniers and calipers.
- Previous experience machining plastics would be advantageous
