We are seeking a Turkish speaking Electronics Design Engineer to join a forward-thinking Product Development team. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of electronic control systems used in new product development, working on innovative consumer-focused products from concept through to production. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future product portfolio, working alongside cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop electronic control systems for new products, ensuring compliance with performance, cost, and regulatory requirements.
Produce technical specifications suitable for third-party manufacturers.
Collaborate with suppliers, engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Contribute to innovation by integrating sustainability and value engineering principles into product designs.
Oversee product validation through testing and iteration to meet quality standards.
Participate in design reviews and provide technical guidance across project teams.
Continuously evaluate and improve electronic designs for manufacturability and reliability.
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience in electronics engineering, particularly in low voltage, domestic appliance, or similar applications.
Strong understanding of heating, switching, and thermal management technologies.
Proficient in circuit board design, control systems, and relevant software/firmware interfaces.
Confident communicator with experience working in cross-functional teams and managing suppliers.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced development environment.
Data-driven and highly organised, with a strong attention to detail.
Fluent in Turkish and English, both written and verbal.
