We are pleased to assist our client with their part-time Personal Assistant reporting in to Two Directors.This position is newly created to assist two directors, the roles requires a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Directors. This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism. From diary management, meeting minute taking and document preparation to travel coordination to ensure the leadership team operates efficiently and effectively.Key requirements are:-Proven experience as PA or EA supporting senior leadership.Strong Organisational and time management skills, with the ability to priortise tasks.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High proficiency in Word,Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.Professional, discreet, and confident in handling sensitive information.Proactive and adaptable, with a solution-focused approach to problem-solving.Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.This is an exciting role working for a dynamic and growing company, working 4 hours per day Monday to Thursday, if you feel you have the right attributes for this role, please apply.
