We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in the CV10 area of Nuneaton. Whether you're a qualified teacher or an ECT, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference during the foundational years of education.

About the Role:

As the class teacher in Early Years, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating learning environment, supporting children's development through play and structured activities, and working collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure every child achieves their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with EYFS curriculum.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Track and report on children's progress and development.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff to provide the best support to students
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers.

Candidate Requirements:

• Hold QTS, PGCE, or be an ECT.
• Experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Strong understanding of EYFS framework and child development.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Committed, nurturing, and passionate about early education.
