Family Solicitor (Divorce & Finances) – Associate Level
Location: Nuneaton (Head Office) | Salary: £38,000 – £40,000Working Hours: Full-time, 36.25 hours per week | Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:15pm

The Opportunity:We’re on the lookout for a confident and compassionate Family Solicitor to join our growing team. You’ll manage a diverse caseload of private family law matters, with a particular focus on divorce, finances and some involvement in children matters. You’ll also be expected to handle your own advocacy where needed.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative team, with plenty of room to grow and shape your role as the department continues to thrive.
What You'll Need:? Minimum 3 years’ PQE in private family law? Strong experience in divorce, finances and children matters? Advocacy experience and confident court presence? Ability to manage a caseload independently? Exceptional client care and communication skills? Proven track record of hitting billing targets
