Service care solutions are currently working alongside a popular local authority based in Warwickshire. They are looking for a Planning Solicitor to join their expanding legal team. To maintain healthy and safe working practices in accordance with the Health & Safety at work, Etc. Act 1974
Carry out all work within the spirit and intention of equal opportunities and with a customer care focus
Able to handle high caseload in Planning Law from start to completion.

About you as a Planning Solicitor:

Experience in Planning Law and practice as a qualified solicitor or barrister.
Knowledge and experience of planning law
Experience of Section 106 Agreements
