What You’ll Be Doing:Managing a caseload of wills, probate, powers of attorney, and inheritance tax mattersAdvising a broad client base with clarity, professionalism and empathySupporting business development initiatives to grow the departmentWorking with autonomy, while supported by a senior legal team and administrative resource

We’d Love to Hear From Candidates Who Have:? A background in Private Client law – either as a Solicitor or Legal Executive? Strong experience in Wills, LPAs, Probate and Inheritance Tax (experience in Trusts or Court of Protection is a bonus)? A proactive and client-focused mindset? The ability to manage your own caseload independently? A track record of hitting fee income targets or growing client relationships
