Join theDriven Attributes team and work with cutting-edge techincluding the UKs first VI-grade DiM250 simulatorto shape future vehicle performance, durability, and comfort. This is a hands-on role supporting test and development projects across vehicle dynamics, fuel economy, and corrosion.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage vehicle testing projects (performance, durability, corrosion)
Install and manage test instrumentation and schedules
Analyse test data, report issues, and liaise with technicians, drivers, and clients
Collaborate across teams to meet technical and delivery goals

What Youll Need:
? HND or higher in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering
? Strong understanding of vehicle systems and test methods
? Experience with data tools (e.g. Racelogic VBox, MS Office)
? Clean UK driving licence

Desirable:

BEng degree, HGV/off-highway test experience
Knowledge of CAN, RLD, eDAQ/Somat, Glyphworks, or Matlab
Foreign language skills a plus
