Project EngineerPerformance & Durability

Join theDriven Attributes team and work with cutting-edge techincluding the UKs first VI-grade DiM250 simulatorto shape future vehicle performance, durability, and comfort. This is a hands-on role supporting test and development projects across vehicle dynamics, fuel economy, and corrosion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage vehicle testing projects (performance, durability, corrosion)

  • Install and manage test instrumentation and schedules

  • Analyse test data, report issues, and liaise with technicians, drivers, and clients

  • Collaborate across teams to meet technical and delivery goals

What Youll Need:
? HND or higher in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering
? Strong understanding of vehicle systems and test methods
? Experience with data tools (e.g. Racelogic VBox, MS Office)
? Clean UK driving licence

Desirable:

  • BEng degree, HGV/off-highway test experience

  • Knowledge of CAN, RLD, eDAQ/Somat, Glyphworks, or Matlab

  • Foreign language skills a plus
