Location: Coton Road, Nuneaton, CV11 5AA
Start Date: ASAP                                               
Contract Duration: 1+ Month
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 314.79 per day

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee land charges projects.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

• Coordinate with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Provide timely updates and reports on project progress.

Person Specifications
Must Have

• Expertise in land charges with significant experience.

• Strong project management skills.

• Excellent time management abilities.

• Eligibility to work in the UK.

• Confidentiality agreement compliance.

• Valid NI number and references for the last 2 years.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with local government councils.

• Familiarity with GDPR regulations.
