A leading Legal 500 law firm is seeking a dedicated and motivated Private Client Fee Earner to join their established team in their Nuneaton office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal or Newly Qualified Solicitor looking to develop their career within a highly respected and supportive legal practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of Private Client matters including Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, and Estate Administration.
- Provide clear and accurate legal advice to clients in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Assist senior members of the team with complex matters as required.
- Maintain high standards of client care and file management.
- Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives where appropriate.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Private Client department.
- Fee Earning Experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within the role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
