How the FS income works and potential incomes:
We have integrated our mortgages services into the EA platform which allows the advisers to directly speak to all events within our process.
As mentioned there will be opportunities to earn immediate income off the financial services team If the Mortgage Advisor books in the appointment from the opportunity in your patch (no involvement from you the agent)You will then earn as follows:
- £50 once the AIP has been accepted - Paid upfront
- £50 when the protection goes on risk - Paid upfront
- £50 on mortgage completion - When the property completes
If the you the Agent books in the appointment, then you will earn as follows:
- £100 once the AIP has been accepted - Paid upfront
- £100 when the protection goes on risk - Paid upfront
- £100 on mortgage completion - - When the property completes
