Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lettings Manager to lead our lettings department. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the lettings process, from property listings to tenancy agreements, while driving growth and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the lettings department and team performance

  • Conduct market appraisals and secure new landlord instructions

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors

  • Ensure properties are marketed effectively across all platforms

  • Monitor rent collections and manage arrears in coordination with the property management team

  • Stay up-to-date with lettings legislation and ensure full compliance

  • Prepare performance reports and support strategic decision-making

  • Provide training and mentoring to junior staff

  • Achieve and exceed lettings targets and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential lettings, with at least 2 years in a management or senior role

  • Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and property compliance

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop a team

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

  • ARLA qualification (desirable but not essential)
