- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to students with complex needs.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and development.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and support staff.
- Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
- Support students in developing communication, social, and life skills.
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience working with students with SEND and complex needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate learning to meet individual student needs.
- Passionate about inclusive education and student development.
