We're seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a forward-thinking and nurturing primary provision in Nuneaton. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to pupils who need consistency, care, and structured support.

About the Role:
Teach and support a small class of primary-aged pupils with complex needs, including SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) and behavioural challenges.

Deliver a personalised, engaging, and inclusive curriculum with a strong emphasis on emotional regulation and social development.

Work closely with a skilled team of SEN professionals, teaching assistants, and therapists.

Implement EHCPs effectively and maintain strong relationships with parents/carers and external agencies.

What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)

Proven experience working with children with SEN and challenging behaviour (in mainstream or specialist settings)

Strong classroom management and de-escalation strategies

Patience, empathy, and a commitment to trauma-informed practice

A passion for helping every child reach their full potential
