Multi Traders are being recruited for a Social Housing contract in the Nuneaton area with a negotiable rate.
Candidates should be qualified tradespeople with experience in kitchen and bathroom remodernisation, including wet room adaptations.
Required skills include carpentry, plumbing, plaster patching, tiling, painting and decorating, and floor laying (vinyl).
Previous experience in the social housing sector and a valid CSCS card are essential for applicants.
This position offers ongoing long-term work with an immediate start available.

We are currently recruiting for experienced Multi Traders for a Social Housing contract in the Nuneatonarea.

Ideally you will be a qualified trades person that can turn their hand to most building trades, with the main scope of works undertaking kitchen and bathroom (including wet room adaptations)remodernisation on both occupied and void properties.

Ideally you will have experience in the following trades:

Carpentry & Joinery
Plumbing
Plaster Patching
Tiling
Painting & Decorating
Floor Laying (Vinyl)

Previous experience in this sector is essential, along with a valid CSCS card. This is ongoing long term work.
