What Youll Be Doing

Forget boring garage work youll be diagnosing, fixing, tuning and testing some of the toughest machines out there. Whether its preparing a brand-new Polaris for delivery or troubleshooting a high-mileage UTV, every day will be different.

Youll:

Get your hands dirty with repairs, servicing, and diagnostics on a wide range of off-road vehicles

Carry out PDIs (Pre-Delivery Inspections) and ensure everything runs smooth from the start

Use diagnostic tools (and your intuition) to track down faults and fix them fast

Take on warranty and recall work in line with Polaris standards

Keep the workshop clean, efficient, and safe

Chat with customers when needed and support the sales team with technical know-how

Stay sharp by keeping up with the latest Polaris training and bulletins

What You Bring

Were not just after qualifications were after attitude, skill, and drive. Ideally, youll have:

NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)

Experience with ATVs, UTVs, bikes, quads, agricultural kit, or anything a bit wild

Good diagnostic instincts and a methodical approach

A full UK driving licence (bonus if you can tow)

Solid communication and customer service skills

A real pride in your work and a hunger to keep learning
