Responsibility as an Administrator:
- Communicating with customers and suppliers via telephone and email
- Preparing pick instructions using warehouse management system
- Updating of KPI reports
- Data Entry for inbound and outbound goods using different systems
- Preparation of shipment and Export shipments
- Checking and ensuring correct shipment allocation of orders

- Good level of IT skill and use of Microsoft Office
- Strong administration experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised
The Role:
- Working in a busy office environment
- Working hours are Monday until Friday 8:30am until 17:30pm with a 1 hour lunch break
- Permanent role
- This role is paying 26,500
