Are you passionate about food safety and quality-and not afraid to get stuck into the finer details? We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven individual to join our technical team and maintain the high food safety standards top-notch.

You'll be a key player in maintaining the BRC certification, supporting HACCP systems, and driving continuous improvement across production and packaging. If you enjoy a challenge, love solving problems, and aren't fazed by the occasional audit, this could be your perfect match.

What you'll be getting stuck into:

  • Helping maintain BRC food safety certification
  • Actively contributing to HACCP-building process flows, reviewing documentation
  • Regularly reviewing and auditing HACCP systems, verifying CCP records, and making sure we're always audit-ready
  • Carrying out internal audits across production and packaging areas, spotting non-conformances, and making sure corrective actions are followed up
  • Supporting our technical team during customer and third-party audits
  • Reviewing and updating food safety procedures in line with legislation and customer standards
  • Approving labels and ensuring they meet all the necessary standards

A bit about you:

  • You've got a solid understanding of food safety and HACCP principle
  • You're confident communicating with different teams and have a sharp eye for detail
  • You're comfortable working in a fast-paced, food production environment
  • You have had previous involvement in BRC audits before
