We are looking for an experienced Night Manager to join a fantastic independant hotel.

The Job:

• Provide outstanding guest services, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor hotel security and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
• Assist with human resources tasks such as scheduling and training new employees.

About You:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is essential.
• Previous independant or family hotel experience is highly desirable.
• Previous Night Management experience within a hotel is required.
