We have an exciting opportunity for an Employment Coach to work with a leading training provider. You will be asked to provide the delivery and assessment of personal development and employability skills, supporting disengaged learners in a prison setting to build their Employment and Training Portfolios
Locations: Oakham
Salary: 26,000 - 28,000 per annum (Full Time)
Your requirements are:
- Experience in providing excellent customer service, IAG/Coaching
- Have a history of working with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
- Demonstrate the ability to work towards the awarding body standards
- Good conflict resolution skills
