Job Description:

As a Field Service Engineer with a focus on electrical systems, you will play a critical role in ensuring customers' equipment operates at peak performance. You will work on a wide range of electrical systems, electro-mechanical fault finding, diagnose issues, and implement solutions to keep the operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and systems.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot electrical components and control systems.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Mechanical & electrical engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with electrical troubleshooting and repair.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
  • Valid driver's license.
