What will your day to day responsibilities be?

  • Achieve key SLA's as directed to maintain optimum customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to call outs in a timely and professional manner, identify and resolve technical faults, and undertake all technical modifications as they arise.
  • Install and network Multi-Functional Devices on customer premises to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Provide advice and training to customers on all aspects of the machines' functions to ensure customers are fully aware of and utilize the full capabilities of the installed device.
  • Undertake relevant training as directed, including computer-based training, to ensure up-to-date knowledge is maintained of all Multi-Function products, which may include overnight residential training as required.
  • Perform all repairs in a safe manner and in accordance with manufacturers' recommendations and Health & Safety legislation.
  • Complete all necessary reporting requirements and paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Effectively use technology tools such as tablets and laptops to ensure continuous improvements in service delivery.
  • Maintain car or walking stock to required standards.
  • Support or respond to service call outs for other service teams as necessary.
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings.


Requirements

We will consider any experienced photocopier or electro - mechanical service engineers living within the specified areas and who can offer

  • Strong customer facing skills and experience
  • Theoretical and practical experience of industry and best practices
  • Ability to communicate at all levels with the customer and organisation
  • Proven technical experience - electro mechanical
  • Excellent IT knowledge, including networking
