About the Role

  • Ensure all digital and physical filing is up-to-date and compliant for audits.
  • Communicate lead times and order statuses to customers promptly.
  • Handle customer queries and day-to-day requests efficiently.
  • Ensure customers are informed about order delivery time lines any order delays.
  • Acknowledge all emails within 1 hour and provide a resolution time line when necessary.
  • Communicate regularly via phone and email to customers to discuss account situations and updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer contact within our database.
  • Support trade shows and promotional initiatives.

Experience and Competencies

  • Proven experience in customer service and office environments.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • Strong planning, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
