Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present refined, high-quality dishes in line with fine dining standards
- Support head chef in menu execution and development, bringing creativity and attention to detail
- Maintain impeccable standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation
- Mentor and guide junior chefs, nurturing a culture of professionalism and excellence
- Assist in managing stock, ordering, and kitchen efficiencies
- Step up to lead service when required in the absence of head chef

- Previous experience in a fine dining or high-end culinary environment
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of classical and modern cooking techniques
