Streetworks Supervisor

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Streetworks Supervisor on a 12 Month Contract, based in Bournemouth & Surrounding Areas.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Streetworks Supervisor to oversee a major cable route project in the Bournemouth area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a growing team and play a key role in delivering essential infrastructure works safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise day-to-day streetworks operations along the designated cable route

· Ensure all works comply with relevant legislation, safety standards, and permit conditions

· Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and local authorities

· Carry out site audits, inspections, and progress reporting

· Manage traffic management plans and ensure minimal disruption to the public

· Maintain accurate documentation and site records

Requirements

· SSSTS or SMSTS (essential)

· NRSWA Supervisor (Unit 1, 10–16) – desirable

· Previous experience supervising streetworks or civils/utilities projects

· Strong knowledge of safety regulations and permit compliance

· Excellent communication and leadership skills

· Full UK driving licence
