Interim Head of Landlord Compliance and Building Safety

Minimum 6 month contract

500 - 700 per day

Full time, 37 Hours per week

Hybrid working - 3 days per week on site

Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently supporting a South West based housing provider who are looking for an experienced Head of Landlord Compliance & Building Safety to join on an interim basis.

Daily duties of the Head of Landlord Compliance and Building Safety:

  • Act as the Responsible Person/Duty Holder under key compliance and building safety legislation
  • Lead on delivering the Golden Thread of Building Safety and safety assurance for residential blocks
  • Oversee compliance commissioning and building safety teams, ensuring statutory obligations are met
  • Shape strategies and policies to ensure customer-focused, compliant and efficient services
  • Provide strong leadership across landlord compliance, resident safety and assurance programmes

Essential requirements of the Head of Landlord Compliance and Building Safety:

  • Able to be on site 3 times per week
  • Previous experience working in a managerial role within Compliance and Building Safety
  • Experience of working within Social Housing
