I am helping my clientrecruit for a few Damp and Mould/RepairsSurveyors on an interim basis.
You'll be joining a reputable organisation renowned for its dedication to high-quality care and compliance. This role is ideal for a proactive Damp and Mould Inspector eager to make an immediate impact in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Carry out standard day-to-day maintenance tasks.
- Perform reactive maintenance and damp and mould inspections.
- Organiseand coordinate day-to-day repair work.
- Identify thecause of maintenance issues and oversee trades on site whilst repairs are being carried out.
Requirements
- Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking repairs inspections to residential properties
- Ability to work at pace and adapt to change
- Experience within social housing
- Experience with carrying out damp and mould inspections
Package
- 3-month contract, with potential to extend
- Negotiable rate DOE
