A local authority client in the South West is seeking a part-time Food Safety Officer for an interim position.
The role offers a negotiable rate and requires a commitment of 30 to 24 hours per week on-site.
Candidates must have experience within a Local Authority and a proven track record of conducting food inspections.
A Higher Certificate in Food Control (or equivalent) and registration with the Environmental Health Registration Board (EHRB) are required.
This position does not involve enforcement, focusing instead on inspecting categories C, D, and E.

One of my local authority client's in the South West are currently on the search for a part time Food Safety Officer on a interim basis.

Role: Food Safety Officer
Rate: Negotiable
Start date: ASAP
Working pattern: On Site
30/24hrs per week

Role Requirements :

Inspecting categories C, D and Es
No Enforcement involved just a carbon copy required
Experience within a Local Authority and a proven track record of conducting Food Inspections
Higher Certificate in Food Control (or equivalent) BSc (Hons) Environmental Health
Registration with the Environmental Health Registration Board (EHRB)
