Job Opportunity: RNLD/RMN - 3-Month Contract

Pay Rate: 320pd

Are you a compassionate RNLD or RMN looking for work in Devon?
We are supporting a client in the Devon area with a S117 Joint Funding project that requires additional resource. This is a hybrid role although you will need to be available for face to face visits.
Day to Day Duties:
- Deliver care plans and interventions.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including social workers and healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and assess client progress, ensuring their health and well-being.
- Provide support with activities of daily living, promoting independence and choice.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage care-related documentation.
