Panoramic is partnered with a Trust in the South West, who are seeking an innovative and committed Headteacher to provide strategic leadership and management of a successful Secondary school. The postholder will ensure high standards of education, behaviour, and personal development, building on the school's strengths and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clear and effective leadership that secures high-quality teaching, learning, and outcomes for all pupils.
  • Embed a culture of excellence, inclusion, and high expectations across the school community.
  • Oversee the development of a broad and ambitious curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of all learners.
  • Lead and support staff through effective performance management and professional development.
  • Maintain a safe, positive, and respectful environment for pupils and staff, ensuring robust safeguarding practice.
  • Manage school resources efficiently and strategically to achieve sustainable improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with trust leaders and partner schools to strengthen outcomes across the wider organisation.
