Our consulting client is looking to expand their team with a Lead Application Support Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of app support engineers, providing guidance and support to resolve technical issues effectively.
- Utilise your expertise in InterSystems HealthShare and HealthConnect to troubleshoot and resolve application issues, with a strong emphasis on EMPI, PD, Integration engine, and IRIS.
- Implement and oversee ITIL processes to enhance service management and delivery within the organisation.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with service management goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading a small team of app support engineers.
- Significant experience in service management within a large organisation.
- Required expertise in development with InterSystems HealthShare and HealthConnect, alongside a strong understanding of EMPI, PD, Integration engine, and IRIS.
