RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage new client enquiries, instructions, and on boarding processes
* Prepare contract packs and draft/review legal documents
* Obtain and review property searches and related reports
* Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders, and local authorities
* Coordinate post-exchange work and prepare completion statements
* Manage completions, including mortgage funds and transfers
* Handle post-completion tasks such as registrations and SDLT returns
* Maintain accurate records and update case management systems
* Assist with billing and invoicing related to conveyancing files
* Support the team in resolving issues or delays during transactions
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* At least 1 year full time work experience within a conveyancing team.
* Full knowledge of the full Conveyancing process from start to finish.
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Comfortable in fast paced environment
* Familiar with Legal software (additional training will be provided)
