Job Title: M&E Project Manager (Mechanical or Electrical Bias)
Salary: 82,500 - 85,000 Basic Salary
Location: Bath Region

Role Overview:

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced professional to join a tier one M&E contractor at a pivotal stage of a major design & build project in the Bath region, valued in excess of 30m MEP.

Currently in the procurement phase, the project is scheduled to commence on site in the latter part of 2026. The scale, complexity and profile of this scheme make it an ideal platform for someone who thrives in a tier one environment and is comfortable operating within structured processes and governance.

The role will suit individuals with a strong leadership and management background, particularly those who have delivered work within commercial, rail, healthcare, life sciences or MOJ sectors. Experience on large, regulated projects and familiarity with tier one systems and standards will be key to success.

The wider region is exceptionally busy for the business, creating genuine long-term career progression. For those motivated to develop, take on greater responsibility and progress through the ranks of a tier one contractor, this role offers a clear pathway.

Equally, the business is open to professionals who are happy to lodge or work nationally, with opportunities to move between major projects across the UK as part of a long-term career.

The right individual will be the following:

- Ambitious, proactive and highly motivated, with a genuine desire to progress quickly and continue developing under the guidance of highly experienced senior leadership.

- Has a strong background working with tier one main contractors, is process-driven, and understands the governance, controls and standards expected on large-scale projects.

- Wants to be part of a high-performing, forward-thinking team that is focused on driving the business forward and delivering best-in-class outcomes.

- Brings a proven track record of delivering flagship MEP schemes valued at 15m+, within tier one or major project environments, consistently achieving programme, commercial and quality objectives
